Praise God!
We have exciting news here at Yellow Line Digital.
After over eleven years at the helm, I am happy to announce that Matt Connors will begin a new chapter for Yellow Line Digital as our President in 2026. He and I have been working together for over a year to prepare for this transition, and we are both confident that this is the right time.
While I am stepping back from the day-to-day operations, I will lead a new board of directors as Chairman. The board will assist Matt in his new role, and consist of a group of people dedicated to YLD’s mission. Matt’s vision for the new year and beyond is built on over a decade of in the trenches service to clients and a keen awareness of where the digital marketing industry is headed. YLD has always strived to pair timeless principles with modern technology.
Supporting him is Sophie Sullivan who has agreed to step into the role of Vice President. While Matt ensures our client services are world-class, Sophie will refine and lead efficient and effective operations.
With that, I turn this letter over to Matt to share about the year behind us and the year ahead.
Thank you, Joe. 2025 saw significant changes at YLD. A wedding, a move, four more babies added to the roster, and over 10,000 hours logged across our team serving clients. We greeted new team members, and said farewell to others.
The adventure continues in 2026 as we look to serve more purpose-driven organizations with our Health Checks and Connection Plans. These continue to open the eyes of for-profit and non-profit enterprises alike. I look forward to transforming the digital presence of parishes across the country, since the parish is the heart of the Church.
I also look forward to launching the effort to build Digital Cathedrals nationwide.
God has called us to build His Church, apply our skills to the great task of evangelizing a secular culture, and be an example of a family-first company in the burned out industry that is marketing.
I ask for your prayers as I take the lead. I am inspired by Pope Leo’s XIV prayer as he took office; “I took a deep breath. I said, ‘here we go Lord, you’re in charge’.”
